László Holló, the Kossuth Prize-winning Hungarian painter, is a prominent representative of the Great Plain School. In his art, he follows the traditions of the Munkácsy School and the Nagybánya School, while also incorporating the influences of artistic movements from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, with a particular focus on depicting the landscapes and people of the Great Plain.
