General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – Request for Quotation
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) contain the terms and conditions related to requests for quotations submitted via the website operated by Nautilus Antikvitás Kft. (registered office: 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 28.; tax number: 25294927-2-41), hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider.
By using the website, you agree to all provisions of these GTC and accept them as binding.
This document is valid exclusively in electronic form and does not constitute a written contract. It does not refer to any code of conduct.

The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these GTC at any time. The modified GTC shall enter into force upon publication on the website.

Basic Provisions
Matters not regulated in these GTC and the interpretation of these GTC shall be governed by Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (Ptk.), Act CVIII of 2001 on Electronic Commerce Services, and Government Decree 45/2014 on contracts between consumers and businesses.
1. Formation of the Contract
1.1. Orders placed on the website qualify as requests for quotation and do not constitute a contract. The Service Provider is not obliged to accept them.
1.2. If the Service Provider accepts the request, the Customer will be informed via email or phone about the final terms (price, availability, delivery conditions).
1.3. If the Customer provides false information, the request for quotation shall be considered invalid, and the Service Provider assumes no responsibility.
2. General Provisions
2.1. Hungarian law shall apply to these GTC, in particular the Civil Code (Act V of 2013), the Electronic Commerce Act (Act CVIII of 2001), and Government Decree 45/2014.
2.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to restrict requests or access to the website if the Customer’s activity jeopardizes its proper operation.
2.3. The Customer may contact the Service Provider via the Contact section of the website.
3. Process of Requesting a Quotation
3.1. The Customer may “order” products on the website, which qualifies as a request for quotation.
3.2. The Service Provider reviews the request and informs the Customer via email or phone about acceptance or modified terms.
3.3. The contract is formed only upon acceptance of the offer, after which the Service Provider undertakes to sell the product.
3.4. The Service Provider may involve third parties in processing requests; however, this does not limit its responsibility.
4. Data Processing and Confidentiality
4.1. The Service Provider and the Operator treat the Customer’s data confidentially and use it solely for processing the request and communication.
4.2. The Customer consents to the Service Provider and Operator having access to and processing the provided data for marketing and service-related communication, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

5. Acceptance of Offer and Contract
5.1. Sending a request for quotation does not create a contract.
5.2. The contract is concluded when the Service Provider confirms acceptance via email or phone.
5.3. After the contract is formed, delivery, payment, and other conditions are subject to separate agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. All content on the website (texts, images, descriptions, etc.) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.
6.2. The Service Provider is not responsible for any errors, typos, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content.
6.3. The Customer uses the website at their own risk. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages (e.g. data loss, business loss, loss of revenue) arising from the use of the website.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All content on the website (texts, images, graphics, design elements) is the intellectual property of the Service Provider and protected by copyright.
7.2. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.
7.3. The Customer may use the website solely for personal informational purposes.
8. Dispute Resolution

8.2. Hungarian law shall govern any disputes between the Service Provider and the Customer.
